If you're not happy with your BlendGo, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How to start a return
Email infoxerobuy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original packaging, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Damaged or faulty items: send us a photo or short video and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
